Absent + Late

Hello!!

I've been quite absent from this blog... I know.

Let's say I had other things to do... like having a great last year of undergraduate studies!!

Now that it's done, I'm doing a clean up of my hard drives (both internal and external). And then I found this picture! It's the prize I won from a giveaway that my friend hosted last year! Maybe like over a year ago now... I haven't used the masks yet, simply because I did not have time to relax... But I will be using them soon now!! Can't wait! I gave the Heel Magic to my mom because she needed it more than me. The hand soap and lotion are in my bathroom. I've already used the Orange Soap - man oh man it smelled sooo good! I still have the Batiste dry shampoo that I use only once in a while because I usually use (wet?) shampoo when I do need to wash my hair, and my hair don't really tend to be greasy fast so yeah... Last, the brushes!! It has been very useful for me since I always travel back and forth at least once a month between home and school town. They work perfectly fine for me and I don't think I need those expensive brushes. 

Well, that's it! I don't know if I will be making another post anytime soon, but if I do, well see ya then! x

OOTD + NOTD

Hello!!

The weather is getting better and better and spring is coming soon! I've also been less busy with school work so I got more energy to do other things. Anyway, here is an OOTD from last friday and my NOTD! I was getting sick of the grey weather outside and I'm sooo not a winter person, so I decided to go on with the neon green nail polish!! I never understood people who associates certain colours with certain seasons ( Dark toned colours for fall and winter versus Light toned colours for spring and summer). I'm sorry, I don't follow that kind of "trend". I'm going to wear a certain color just because I feel like it, not because it's a certain season. Anyway, check out my pics and have a great week!!

The weather was good enough today to wear something nice. hehe.. Also, I still like my boots although they aren't the prettiest. =)

For my face, it's pretty the same thing as my last FOTD post: simple black eyeliner and Revlon lipbutter.

Too Cold

The weather here is just crazy, too cold for me to wear anything nice. It's not a perfect time at all to figure out something nice to wear when it's -20 to -40 degree CELCIUS outside. All I do is pile on as many clothes as I can. So right now, I look even more tomboy than usual with my big sweaters. 

For fun, I've been trying some clothes on by doing some mix&match, and now, I just can't wait for the weather to warm up!!

So please wait a little with me.. It won't be long until I can post some OOTD.

Until then, I'll try to post something else.. but even makeup, it doesn't seem to last really long in this super cold temperature because when I breath in my scarf, it's like a sauna to my face, thus smudging the makeup away. I think this week's weather won't be too bad. I really hope so.

Challenging myself for 2013

Hello!!

I am a bit late, but 2013!!! A new year, a new start, perfect to challenge myself! For the past few months, I haven't been shopping as much as I used to. I'm trying to save up my money to travel next year after I graduate. Anyway, I think (and my parents too) that I have too much clothes. I'll show you  pictures in a bit. I also think I have top much scarves, shoes, jewlery, makeup, etc... If you saw what I had, you will probably say that it's not a lot at all because some people really do have much more than me. That's true. But for me, it is too much when I don't even wear makeup that often, and when I always wear the same scarf, shoes and clothes, etc... It's almost like a waste! Which is why I'm challeging myself for 2013 to wear and use the most out of everything. This should make me work my creativity side and be less lazy when it comes to picking out what I should wear or use. So basically, for 2013, you are going to see what you usually see on beauty/fashion blogs such as FOTD, OOTD, NOTD, etc... but there won't be much "haul" post. So I hope you will all follow me in this 2013 journey. =) Here are a few pictures of what I think I have too much of  :

 I don't know why this picture won't stay horizontal when I upload it. Anyway, it's my load of scarves.

For the clothes, I actually had more, and still have more. First, I got rid of some. Second, this is where I reside for school, so there are more clothes back home. Obviously, those here are the ones that I wear the most. Oh, no pictures of my shoes eh.. I think I have around 10 pairs of shoes. So, seeing my pictures, you probably think it's nothing at all but it is for me. Keep in mind that if you think it's not at all, then I am sorry, you might be turning into an over-consumer. This is another reason why I've refrained myself from shopping and buying useless things I don't really need because I already have enough of everything. Ok. So.
